These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website paylentavio.com and the services associated with it, issued by Paylentavio Media B.V.

1. Definitions

'Paylentavio' means Paylentavio Media B.V., established in Amsterdam. 'User' means any visitor to the website. 'Service' means the educational content, newsletter and related functionality on paylentavio.com.

2. Use of the website

The website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. It is not permitted to use the website for unlawful purposes, automated extraction (scraping) or activities that may disrupt availability.

3. Content and sources

Paylentavio publishes educational articles based on public reports from, among others, the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency, Statistics Netherlands and the European Commission. We aim for care and accuracy, but accept no liability for any inaccuracies.

All texts, images, layout and design on this website are the property of Paylentavio Media B.V. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other applicable legislation.

5. Newsletter

Subscription to our weekly Eco newsletter is free of charge. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every newsletter.

6. Liability

Paylentavio is not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the website, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
